If you are unable to make the commitment to participate as a small group leader, we understand that the potential lack of interaction with students will be extremely disappointing. (Giving back is the best part!) All instructors are invited to participate in student seminars (these will be remote live events), instructor skill reviews, and climb leadership events. As we gain more understanding of King County reopening plans we may add mixed conditioners, additional instructor positions on student climbs, or separate instructor climbs.

As instructors you are, and will continue to be, the backbone of the GCC. This year may look a bit different, but we are extremely hopeful these changes will be temporary, and we will go back to normal for 2022.
